Don't sweat it.

2) There are technically 3 hip places to measure. Your upper hip, where your pelvis bones are, your middle hip, which is the widest, fullest point of your hips, and your lower hip. When you fill out size cards, you just need your widest hip measurement. And don't worry, this is just so wardrobe can find you great clothes that are going to fit and look good on you. No one judges what you write on the size card.

3) See above. And celebrate your booty! Men love it. They can't get shapely round butts like ours, so they find it extremely feminine and attractive. She'd have this ugly-looking cabbage shake for lunch. Then she switched to eating egg protein mixed in quick soup. Awful.

Like I once read, if you hate your body, you hate yourself.Marianahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18363003501556255113noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5003375476054427023.post-16178559462716996832010-04-22T14:19:13.234-07:002010-04-22T14:19:13.234-07:00Preach it, girl. Let your body be what it's gonna be and love yourself no matter what.Phoenixhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07477498671080132176noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5003375476054427023.post-25087858241207868732010-04-22T13:37:07.798-07:002010-04-22T13:37:07.798-07:00I agree. You can figure out what your healthy weight is by checking against the average BMI scale based on your height and age. All you need to do to be healthy is look after yourself and use common sense. Exercise - even if this means taking the stairs instead of the elevator or standing up from your desk and doing a few leg lifts every once in a while. Eat well - which means, eat things where you know all the ingredients and can pronounce them. Don't avoid all fats - some of them are good for you. In fact, you need a certain amount of healthy fats in your diet in order to have a strong metabolism. And now I'm on a rant, so I'm stopping. But there are nice, healthy recipes on my blog - as well as the rest of my rants. :) Great blogging, Lira. :)Irenicinerihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00213887758973844108noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5003375476054427023.post-25801014830482504022010-04-22T12:00:00.334-07:002010-04-22T12:00:00.334-07:00Amen, sister!!

In addition I come from a family of Type 1 diabetics and I have hypoglycemia. A "cleanse" would send me straight to the ER.
I love this post!! In addition to the info here, people need to understand the role that sucking down maple syrup and cutting out any protein plays in affecting blood sugar levels, and in turn, major organs.
A thing people overlook when cleansing is the lack of protein. When the body has used all protein, and none is being taken in, it'll feed off itself. Like you said, our bodies will literally eat away at our muscle tissue (slowing the metabolism) and then it attacks our BRAIN, which also needs protein....hence the weird light headed feeling.
Thank you for posting this. Especially in this town where too thin is always in, it is so important to be educated.Johttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16277973787647515497noreply@blogger.com
