"The label you give yourself cannot impact external forces that are not motivated by your own psychology or influenced by a third party's pre-existing consciousness of you. We are all presented with reasons to struggle which come from completely external forces; to pretend that one is not struggling is either arrogance or an admission of defeat. To admit that one is struggling is a sign and a source of strength." - Evan A. Baker

Still Nothing

Normally after an audition, I let it go. I have to. Rejection is not personal.

But this Perfect Day Job? I can't stop thinking about it! Still have not heard anything. My manager thinks we wouldn't hear anything until next week anyways, but

I

Just

Really

REALLY

REALLY

REALLY

Want

This

Job.

I'll let you guys know when I hear anything.

xoxo

  1. I'm keeping my fingers and toes crossed for you. In the meantime read this

I hope it makes the wait less anxious. X

  2. Sometimes I think the skill of blowing off an audition afterwards is one of the hardest things to do. I hold on sometimes a bit too long. I try to let go, but those few perfect jobs? How could anyone not anxiously await a call!?

  3. I hope you get it too. Then i can watch you on TV. But, If you don't get it then it means something better is out there for you.
